I LOVE MY SHOWERS! Yes that's the right intro. No matter what is going on in your day-to-day, life is not slowing down! At least not for me! If it's not the job, it's the family, or the house, or the long list of other activities that have to be managed to simply keep life stable, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Now don't get me wrong I love all these things and sometimes even the fast pace of it all - that's the motto "work hard play harder", but everyone needs a time out, for some self care.

So why Body Love? Simply because you deserve it! You deserve to feel refreshed and revitalized. You deserve to a few moment where everything feels amazing! We give so much each day, its' time we took a moment to love ourselves.
